Responsibilities and Requirements:
Diet Clerk calls nursing for any diet changes and new patients. Candidate will answer phones and work with diets, and must have good writing skills. Prefer someone with good telephone etiquette and knowledge of diets.
Dietary Aide duties include making snacks, following recipes, running the dishwasher, stocking coolers, filling salad bar, serving customers in the cafeteria, running cash register, and answering the phone when needed. Candidate must show good sanitation practices, ability to follow directions, positive attitude, and ability to work well with others. Must be able to lift and stand for long periods of time.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read, write and have good communication skills. Prior food service experience desired but will train if necessary.
Full time; 11 a.m – 7:30 p.m. shift and 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. shift; every other weekend
