Patient Financial Counselor – Full-time

Serves as the liaison between patients and the Business Office regarding patient accounts. Counsels patients on financial assistance and processes applications.  Carries out Secondary Billing and Bad Debt processes.

Requirements:  Must have a high school education or equivalent, good customer service skills in a healthcare setting, possess knowledge of insurance billing and financial assistance programs, be well-organized, maintain great attention to detail and working knowledge of excel spreadsheets.  Prefer someone with previous patient financial service experience.

Full-time; 8:00 am – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
